About Enrollment Management

In our organization, the core principles of who we are and the role we play in the life of University are best described in the "student life-cycle". This illustration represents the foundation on which our organization is built. The Office of Enrollment Management at the University of Kansas is a service, research-, collaboration-, partnership- and constituency-based organization.

The student life-cycle is a visual representation of the key steps in student interaction with the University and each step must include successful service and consistency of message. It is our goal to not only meet, but exceed, student expectations by performing our key functions effectively at each step of the life-cycle.

The visual representation below displays the student life-cycle of Prospect, Admitted, Enrolled, Graduate, Alumni and Donor. In the center of the life-cycle we have this progression: A New Place, A Place Like Any Other, An Important Place, and The Only Place.
